Experience has shown us that for more complex employment matters resulting in multiple helpline calls on a single issue, schools prefer to have a named Case Officer. CEFM's Help and Advice Line team can therefore pass calls to named Case Officers who offer one to one support on personnel matters.
If an employee dispute continues to escalate, a solicitor will be appointed to manage the case.
